DLC is a solid 40+ hours combined. Hope this helped. My first playthrough took me almost exactly 60 hours, I tried to do everything, and read all the codexes. My first play through took 80 hours and 120 with all dlc. I had no clue what I was doing at the time, though. So it depends on how slow you play games. Iād say 40-60 is the average.
